Philosopher, orator, apostle, legislator, warrior, conqueror of ideas, restorer of rational dogmas, of a cult without images, the founder of twenty terrestrial empires and of one spiritual empire: that is MUHAMMAD. As regards all the standards by which human greatness may be measured, we may well ask IS THERE ANY MAN GREATER THAN HE? Alphonse De Lamartine
About This Quote

Muhammad was a man of many different roles. As a teacher, he taught people about religion and how to live their lives. As a leader, he led his people into battle. As a warrior, he fought his enemies and won.

And as an apostle, he spread the word of God to everyone willing to listen. All of these roles were crucial to the survival of his Muslim community. Muhammad himself said “Allah will not forgive the Prophet nor those who believe with him because they seek protection in him” (Sahih Bukhari).

His belief in his own message was strong enough that he would not let anything stand in his way, including death. He rose from one battle to another until he returned alive and victorious, teaching others about Islam for the rest of his long life.
